We help with the agreed data import, supported channels, initial workflows and team training. Validate the setup in a test environment before any live outreach. Setup is paid; the pilot subscription starts at go-live.

Go live. Review. Choose.

Go live when you approve the setup. Review progress together during the 90-day pilot. Before it ends, decide whether to continue at the price agreed upfront. There is no automatic renewal.

Is the pilot free?

No. The founding offer is €1,500 for the agreed setup and €250 for each 30-day period of the live pilot, plus channel usage. Completing all 90 days costs €2,250 before usage and VAT. There is no annual subscription commitment or early-exit fee.

What happens after 90 days?

The pilot ends unless you choose to continue in writing. We agree the ongoing price before starting, so you can evaluate the full cost as well as the results. For a standard 4,000-unit property portfolio, the platform price is €1,000/month plus usage. The founding discount applies only to the pilot.

Can we stop during the pilot?

Yes. Tell us before your next 30-day billing period to stop further subscription charges. Setup work already delivered, the current billing period and channel usage incurred remain payable. We agree the offboarding and data-export arrangements before starting.

What does the founding offer cover?

The first two founding customers can apply for a pilot covering up to 4,000 managed units or an agreed equivalent account portfolio. We confirm the data source, supported channels, initial workflows and training in a written scope. Bespoke integrations, extra implementation work and CMOS services are quoted separately before any work is agreed.

What counts as a managed unit?

For property managers, it is a property unit in the agreed portfolio receiving ongoing monitoring and workflows. It is not each contact, message or overdue balance. Other industries use an agreed account definition and rate. Archived records outside the operating portfolio do not count.

Are AI features and WhatsApp included?

We confirm the capabilities available for your pilot before starting. Ask AI, email assistance and AI call quality review are available. WhatsApp is planned, and planned features are not part of the standard delivery commitment. Available AI features and any usage allowances are specified in your proposal.
