Who we are
PayPath IQ is B2B software for automated billing workflows, customer outreach, payment reminders, and reconciliation for service providers in Ireland.
Information we process
We may process business contact details, demo request information, support messages, billing workflow data, customer account metadata, invoice references, payment status events, and technical usage data. Our customers decide what customer account data they upload or connect to the platform.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the service, respond to enquiries, operate billing workflows, support customer outreach features, reconcile payment outcomes, improve product reliability, and meet legal or security obligations.
Payments and card data
Where payment features are enabled, card payment information is handled by our payment processor or our customer's connected payment provider. PayPath IQ does not ask customers to send card details by email or support form, and does not store full card numbers in the marketing website.
Data sharing
We share information with service providers that help us host, secure, support, and operate the service. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect the service, or with a customer's instruction.
Your rights
Individuals in the EU, UK, and other regions may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing. For customer account data controlled by one of our business customers, we may direct requests to that customer.
